Healthcare for the Homeless

The Wherever You Are (WYA) program provides medical care to those experiencing homelessness or housing instability within underserved communities throughout CT. We work together with patients to help them reach optimum health wherever they are, practicing a harm reduction philosophy of care.

We are licensed by the CT Department of Public Health (DPH) at 10 sites across the state, including shelters, food banks, and domestic violence shelters.

Keep an eye out for our recently launched mobile health unit!

Schedule a visit with one of our providers, wherever you are!
