Substance Use Health Program

The Substance Use Health Program offers medication for substance use disorders at all of our sites. Medication includes buprenorphine (Suboxone & Sublocade) and naltrexone (Vivitrol). The SUH program also offers behavioral health including individual & group therapy in addition to mental health treatment. Our recover care coordinators assist patients to become connected to our program and work closely with our clinical staff. They also provide education and training of opioid overdose prevention including NARCANĀ®. Learn more.

Community distribution of overdose reversal kits can save lives!

For more information on Naloxone or NARCANĀ® training, please contact Briana Reaves, Program Manager, at 860.347.6971 x6451 ([email protected])
